Honest review: I think this mini-corse will help me and others so achieve what we really want. You did explain everything really well and connected everything with your own experience, stories. also you give us 1 day per video witch is very good for action takers. I definitely learned something new and is definitely going to help me with next swim meet. Thanks for your dedication and time to help swimmers like me.🙌
Olympic plan assessment
1. i started to train that. 2. i have spend to much time on the phone. And am going to do every day something for my mind and mental performance.
3. The tools assignment
1. Biggest takeaway is Breathe, visualise, 3min per day, 2. My Biggest challenge is visualising vividly. 3. Breathing and visualise would make me more confident before the race.

Missing peace
1. my takeaway is that mind is at least 33% of swim success. 2. my biggest challenge is coming down my mind before the race. 3. i love swimming because it fuels up my purpose.

Tips for Turns
I always lose a ton of time doing my turns in freestyle and backstroke. Any tips?
