Why Does My Swimmer Fall Apart in the Call Room...?
You’ve seen it happen. The nerves take over. Fidgeting hands, darting eyes, shallow breaths. By the time they walk out, it’s like they’ve already lost the race in their mind. It’s frustrating. It’s heartbreaking. And you feel powerless to help. I know, been there :( But it doesn’t have to be this way. Join my live training "Call Room Mastery" and learn how to stay calm and confident when it matters most. Only 13 spots left. Don’t wait. 👉 Register here PS: If you can't make the live training, drop a ✅ in the comments and I'll send you the recording.

Review: I can confidently say that I have learned about the problems and most importantly the solutions too most of the mental blocks. Pretty sure this will change a lot for me and others!
Tools Assignment
Personally, my biggest takeaway is understanding the power of the subconscious mind and how it can help you turn visualization into reality. The biggest challenge for me lies in bringing everything together and finding the right routine for myself. However, at this point, I’m almost certain this will not only help in swimming but also in any other high-stress situation.

Completely agree it has become quite a big thing over the last years, in sport.
The missing piece Assignment
The biggest takeaway for me is how strengthening your mind will not only relax you during competitions but also improve your focus, making your training more efficient. That is also where the biggest challenge lies for me: keeping my focus high during training. In my opinion, having fun and achieving success in sports will keep you motivated and driven.
