VA loans
If an one needs help learning more about VA loans, or using a VA loan, I am happy to help. If there is an organization out there, that would like a presentation, I am a MAR certified Real estate instructor, and can bring lenders and financial managers to help people, learn more and make informed financial decisions.

What books do you recommend for business?
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: Enjoyable read or audible book. Funny and sets perspective in life. How to Win Friends and Influence People: Classic and great to teach about communication with people. Nail it Then Scale it: Great business book for nailing the business model then scaling. Buy Then Build: Is a good book if you are looking to purchase an existing business. Crossing the Chasm: Tech based but can be for a company hitting flat sales after a successful launch. The 4-Hour Work Week: Are you looking to escape your W-2 job and start an owner absentee model? (I have more but these were my favorites this year)

First time looking for clients
Hey entrepreneurs, Tomorrow is the big day for me I’m finally hitting the streets to find clients! I’ve put together a one‑page flyer that shows what I do, and I think I nailed an awesome business card. I’ve practiced my pitch and anticipated the questions business owners will ask, so I can give them the best responses. This is the most exciting (and nerve‑wracking) part of my journey: after finishing my business plan, forming my LLC, securing startup capital, and working on my branding, everything has led up to this moment ..... securing that very first client. I’m pumped, and I’ll be back here after tomorrow to share how it went and what I learned to help anyone else who is at this point as well or just new business owners who are worrying about this step as much as I am. Wish me luck! P.S. I’m offering a $100 finder’s fee to anyone who can put me in touch with a general contractor, engineer, or project manager in the MA/RI region that I talk to and ends up using my services, just putting it out there! 😊
