Alex Hormozi Gets Coached by Tony Robbins
I’ve followed Alex Hormozi for years, but watching Hormozi get coached by Tony Robbins might be the best piece of Hormozi content I’ve seen recently. Usually, we watch Alex as the teacher. He’s the one breaking down business frameworks and logic. But in his latest sit down with Tony Robbins, the script flipped. Here is the moment that changed everything. Alex admitted that for years, his internal mantra for success was "F*ck Happiness!” Tony pointed out that Alex had hypnotized himself into believing fulfillment was unattainable, so he operated purely on push motivation: anger, duty, and logic. Tony’s reframe was simple but transformative: "F*ck Suffering!" Watching these two go toe-to-toe was fascinating. It’s rare to see two titans of this caliber operate with this level of vulnerability. We got to watch Alex get coached by the best in the world, and it was riveting. Has anyone else watched this yet? What was your biggest takeaway?

I'm pretty sure this is one of Alex's methodologies and you "standout" by focusing on getting as specific as possibly until you reach N of 1 state: 1. Pick a specific industry to focus on, example dental offices. 2. Pick a specific problem to solve, example automating phone bookings for patients. 3. Pick a specific area to focus on, example local dentist in your area, that you can meet in person. If you do all of that you should reach a point where you're the only one that is meeting in person with that Dentist to implement their specific voice Agentic solution.

How Much Would You Pay for a Fully Customizable Trading Bot SaaS? (NOT A PROMOTION, asking help on pricing)
Hey everyone! 🚀 I'm launching a fully customizable trading bot SaaS where you get: ✅ Initial Setup (charged different initialy) We build a completely custom trading strategy tailored to your trading style, risk preferences, and market approach. You can request additional features like special indicators, advanced risk management, and automation settings. Deep backtesting with a detailed performance report so you can see how the strategy performs over historical data. ✅ Ongoing Service (Monthly Subscription) A fully automated trading bot that runs 24/7 on our hosted servers, so you don’t need to keep your machine on. Works directly with your strategy, meaning it’s not a generic bot—it’s your trading style, automated. Both automation & signaling mode – Choose to let the bot trade for you or just provide trade alerts. Exchange API Integration – Works with any exchange that supports API connections (Binance, Bybit, Kraken, etc.). 💡 The Question: How much do you think this should be priced at? Would you prefer a different pricing model? What features would make it more valuable for you? Drop your thoughts below! ⬇️ Would love to hear from traders and algo enthusiasts on this! 🚀📈

@Boniface G- Michael I see what your asking and @Anandhu A might want to pay attention too. Lets look at classic comparison, SPX vs BRK, the main difference being SPX is a passive index in the top 500 US companies, as where BRK is actively managed by Warren Buffett and he managed to gain ~80% vs 15% for SPX. So maybe a good strategy is to charge some percentage like 10% to 20% of the extra gains your app would make vs what a buy and hold would have done, that way all the incentives for everyone is driven in the right direction vs just some flat %. PS. You'll need to speak with financial planner for extra advice because there could be significant tax implications for buying and selling positions (which I believe your app would be doing) vs just buying and holding, so you'll need to account for that, and there are cases like here in Canada, where TFSA and RRSP are taxed deferred on all trades, 401K in US, etc. so it would also depend what type of accounts your users have.

@Boniface G- Michael with my example I was showing that if you can show an investor you can make $100K turn into $180K then they won't mind to pay 20% of the gains ($16K) for that which effectively works out to 16% of the original investment. In fact I'm pretty sure the first private "fund" Buffett created he was taking 10% of the profits he made on behalf of everyone that invested into his fund, so you can essentially say his management fee was 10%.
