How I learned to Love RejectionšŸ¤—šŸ‘Øā€šŸ’»šŸŽ‡ā˜ƒļøšŸŒ²
When you're building from scratch, learning to deal with rejection should be embraced as a strength. Growing up, our parents were so protective of us that they would take offense when a neighbor stopped us from watching moviesšŸ“ŗ or playing gamesšŸŽ®šŸŽ² in the house to make space for the elders—those they believed understood better than us children. Their anger😠, in hindsight, often stemmed from the frustration of not being able to afford our own home TVšŸ“ŗ. Because our parents shieldedšŸ™ˆšŸ”° us from being ignored or rejectedšŸ˜”, we didn’t develop the resilience to face those feelings. As a result, many of us grew up avoiding spaces where we sensed the possibility of rejection. In my adult life, however, learning to embrace rejectionšŸ¤—šŸ‘ has become one of my greatest strengths. It’s one of the reasons I enjoy marketingšŸ›’ and lead generation. Just this month, I’ve lost count of the number of rejectionsšŸ˜”šŸ˜ŒšŸ‘Øā€šŸ’» I’ve faced—both online and offline. For many young people, that kind of repeated rejection might be enough to drive them toward unhealthy coping mechanisms like drugs. But for me, the _Self-Competence Blueprint_ has fortified my self-belief. Rejection no longer gets to me. I need a huge hugšŸ¤—šŸ™ˆā˜ƒļøšŸŒ²šŸŽ‡šŸ˜Ž Who else love Rejection? šŸ¤— šŸ‘Øā€šŸ’»

Got My First ERP Client… But don't know what to do? (help me)
Guys, I’m a beginner digital marketer and I just landed my first client — an ERP software company. My role is to handle their social media marketing. I know how to manage Instagram (posts, carousels, reels), X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and I can do market analysis and competitor research. We’ll also start running ads soon. But I’m confused about one thing: should I be doing more to deliver the best results? Things like cold emails, AI agents, building an email system, or even cold calls? My client doesn’t know about these and told me that posting on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn is enough for now, and later we can run ads.But for a B2B ERP business… isn’t that too limited? They want to focus mainly on Instagram, but for B2B/ERP, LinkedIn is usually the main platform. I can bring organic growth (slow, obviously), but I can’t guarantee clients. They don’t expect guaranteed leads, but of course, if I generate any, it’s great for me. There’s so much happening in this field and I feel a bit lost. My client thinks this is enough, but I feel like I should be doing more.If you were in my place, what would you do? Also, please drop some strategies for: - Growing followers for B2B brands - Closing ERP clients online - Skills I should learn for this - Best YouTubers/channels to follow - Courses/books you recommend

Making Adana Kebap, Lesson Like Alex’s
I just watched a video on making Adana kebab, and I was completely hooked. It started with the chef saying, ā€œ60% beef, 40 lamb,ā€ and that immediately grabbed my attention. She then went on to explain how she put the mix together, adding green chilies, red chilies, and then pulled out a dark red ingredient. She cut it open and said, ā€œI’m not going to use the seeds, I’ll save them for the earth.ā€ šŸ’„ She then soaked the chopped chili in boiling water, explaining that this step adds flavour and a little heat without overpowering the dish. She also highlighted that you can’t have a kebab without the right meat. Within seconds, she showed a butcher chart, pointing out the different cuts and explaining why certain parts are juicier, like around the ribs, where more fat equals more flavour again I was šŸ’„šŸ’„. Then she moved on to cutting the salad, seamlessly continuing the recipe. The whole presentation reminded me of Alex Hormozi and Leila’s style, clear, engaging, and totally controlling your attention. It’s the kind of content that’s so good you can’t help but share it. I genuinely think your content could benefit from this style. Emulating this type of video—clear, captivating, and educational, could make your audience pay attention, share, and engage. Use it to your advantage, emulate, and win.
