Struggling With Time – Not Because of Distractions, But Family
I’m currently facing a major challenge with time management in my startup journey — and it’s not because I’m wasting time watching short videos or getting distracted. I’ve already restricted all those distractions from my environment. The real problem is family. Whenever anything happens to a family member, I’m the first person they call. They assume I’m just sitting in front of my laptop watching random videos and wasting time, when in reality, I’m grinding — building my startup, coding, replying to DMs, and making real progress. Another issue is family functions and programs. My parents often insist that I must attend these events. I’m really not interested in going, especially because I’ve got a mountain of work to do. But I still end up going because of the pressure — and every time, it costs me time and momentum. Today was one of those days. I had to travel all day for a family program, and now I regret it. I had coding tasks and DMs lined up that are now delayed. Lately, I’ve been seriously thinking about leaving home and living somewhere else just so I can work in peace and focus on my goals. But the truth is, I don’t currently have the money to make that move. I’m sharing this here because I know I’m not alone. Many of you might be going through similar things — and it’s hard. But we keep pushing.

🎓 My First Month as a New Entrepreneur – Lessons Learned
Month 1 in business has been nothing short of transformative. I went from doubting if I could ever run something of my own… to actually doing it. Landed paying clients, built systems that delivered real value, and most importantly — learned what kind of work and people I want to work with. Biggest takeaways so far: - Speed beats perfection — ship, get feedback, iterate. - Positioning and how you present yourself matters a lot more than I thought. - Saying no is just as important as saying yes. - You don’t need to know everything — curiosity, action, and clarity go a long way. I never imagined I’d be an entrepreneur. Now I’m building something real. Proud of this foundation — and fired up for month 2. Let’s grow. 🚀

[Accelerator Sprint: 31] Why You’re Drowning in Content (and Still Not Growing)
I used to write posts like I was throwing darts in the dark. Some landed. Most didn’t.And worse, I had no way to know why. Sprint 31 hits you with a hard truth: it’s not about more content. I got this from Alex’s video. It’s about strategic content.Stuff that compounds. Stuff that trains the algorithm and your audience to see you as inevitable. Armed with Ai, it’s getting easier and easier to structure a 30-day content plan in minutes, not hours:📍 When you build like this, every post works harder than you do.And finally, your message stops getting lost in the scroll. Pssst: Alex has a written down plan for each video, in order to avoid waste.

i think continues uploading content even if you don't see result is good because it will train the algorithm. it takes about 30 video to train the youtube algorithm after that you will start to see spikes in you video that is happen to me also i had got my two software users from youtube. algorithm will help you get the right user without any further effort may be.
