Getting yards prepped for my 8 routes I have built 12 drops on each route, each drop consists of 2-3 yard signs With the 4th of July being this weekend would it be a smart idea to hold off for another weekend? Or should we use the holiday buzz?

Anyone have a great place to order yard signs? We spent $4.54/sign 18" x 24" double sided with stakes for 1,000 signs delivered last year and are running out. Any cheaper options out there?

upsold every job except a $275 gutter cleaning quote which lowered our average today. Not much but proud of a $2396.99 day. 💪 Can definitely see Responsibid doing a ton for us, tracking everything better lead wise, and upselling 1000% more, best part I really don’t have to do much except present and explain value, normalized middle tier and haven’t had issues. Swapped to full time in person quotes unless they end up being 30min+ (obviously if big enough I’ll go in person) Thought was lower $2k but not including a job in dashboard for some reason lol
