I Agree with Zach, How many people are working, How long will it take that team, how much chem, fuel, etc. you'll use, How much is your insurances and fixed cost a day and then a healthy profit margin, Try using AI to help you determine a healthy profit margin for your area and work provided. @Csongor Cellie To be honest with you, this is an opportunity you should be onsite for. Shows you're more serious, you can actually walk the job with the client and set expectation and figure out hiccup points. I have done google earth in the past and just made sure my SQFT measurements are as accurate as possible. Nick and Zach got me on Responsibid and its awesome. But to be honest with you, you can start with pen and paper, once you got your baseline figured out put it in an excel or word doc so you can always refer to it, It'll change throughout your journey

First 5k a month, Leverage your free channels and talk with friends and family, I did door flyers for some time and it worked. If you want to get serious leverage, Begin with a good website and build it up, find a good developer and don't cheap out, I post Blogs, Project Pages, ETC. and it's worked pretty well in the past.
