How serious do you take your recovery? Whether we’re training every day in the off-season, or playing games every day in season, how we recover has a direct correlation to our performance. The higher you make it in this game, the smaller margin there is between you and your competition. How are you getting the most out of each day? Here’s a look into my toolbox.
