Scripts are just guides, not rules. Scripts give structure (Especially to beginners) but your goal is to sound confident, personable, and genuinely interested. Think of the script as your training wheels, potentially necessary at first but something you eventually outgrow to have better and more natural conversations with your prospects.
I know that dialing in the mornings is helpful. Are there any other methods you're using, such as dialing the same number twice or trying different times of the day?
A great question goes deeper than a good question and allows you to learn more information. Example: Good question: How important is solving this problem? Great question: If this issue were resolved, how would it change your day to day work and or make things easier for your team?
