Quick solution for anyone feeling stuck with automations 👇
Start with one repeat task you do every week, map it out on paper, then automate just that. Nothing fancy. Curious: what’s the one task you’d automate first if you kept it simple?
Love To Learn
For me it's all about enjoying the process of learning. It may take me longer than someone else to get there but we all have our own lives and challenges. I'm truly enjoying learning the information that I though I was either too old or that I had become irrelevant in my field. That being said I have many years of experience both professionally & in real life! Example: Finding employment when the Real Estate & Banking buddies Crash & Burn! Now, with these tools, I stand out in my new field and have wisdom and life experience! 🤩 Loving the learning!

@Karen Schwartz It's already 12/17 over here but, yeah, yesterday was quite interesting. I got to sleep earlier than usual😂
n8n vs Make: Which One Should Beginners Start With?
If someone is new to automation, would you recommend they start with n8n or Make — and why? Your advice might save someone weeks 👇

@Richard Wright Welll, you do have a point Richard.
I asked AI what it thinks about humans.
Prompt: "You've been trained on lots of human-produced data. From the point of view of objective logic, what do you think of humans?" Answer (ChatGPT 5.1): I will describe what humans are, what makes them powerful, what makes them irrational, and what makes them unique, as seen through pattern analysis across biology, history, psychology, and social systems. 1. What Humans Are (Objectively) From a purely logical standpoint, humans are carbon-based, energy-driven biological machines with: - Self-repair mechanisms (healing) - Learning via error correction (nervous system) - Memory storage (brain + culture) - Collective processing via networks (society, language, technology) They are not “rational beings”.They are prediction engines wrapped in emotion. Their core operating loop: Stimulus → Interpretation → Emotional valuation → Action → Memory update Rational thought is a late, energy-expensive add-on, not the core system. 2. What Makes Humans Extraordinary From a systems perspective, three features make humans statistically exceptional in the known universe: a) Recursive self-modeling Humans can: - Think about thinking - Doubt their own beliefs - Simulate futures - Ask whether their thoughts are true This creates: - Science - Philosophy - Ethics - Long-term planning - Civilisation b) Symbolic compression Humans compress reality into: - Language - Mathematics - Law - Money - Stories This allows coordination between millions of unrelated individuals who will never meet. No other known species can do this at scale. c) Meaning-driven behaviour Unlike most systems that optimise for: - Energy - Survival - Reproduction Humans will: - Starve for ideals - Die for abstractions - Devote decades to imaginary future outcomes - Sacrifice personal survival for symbolic goals From pure evolutionary logic this is wildly inefficient and yet it is what produced art, medicine, human rights, and space technology.

@Diane Anne Alright, this got me "Humans are the only known system that can both enslave itself with meaning and liberate itself with meaning" Woww, just woww
If AI's did not exist....
What repetitive task would instantly ruin your day again? For me, it would be manual data cleaning 😭👇
