I am fasting
So i am in my day 1 fasting and one thing I am Recognizing is that whenever I feel like an insecurity automatically I feel this need to want to eat something till I fulfill myself It's not even hunger it just To fulfill a desire it's very interesting But one thing that I did was.I wrote down on my hand some words to remind myself what I am doing so I don't forget to keep on doing the fast and the 75 day hard let make it happen But also one task at a time trying to do too much is overwhelming and you get nothing accomplished!!

@Darisz Oneill why are you fasting?
Welcome to the group!!
I just want to welcome @Binh Pham Thanh @Ismael Fraser @Samad Tomengo-Mims @Ricardo Ojeda To the #1 community for self improvement It all starts with putting your self in a good environment and good people and changing your mindset and in this group we are going to do exactly that. So that being said in order to improve we have to be consistent so start a small habit by checking in and saying one thing that you are improving on or a mindset shift that is happening Let do this together Again Welcome!!

Are you ready to stop playing small?
I remember sitting in the living room at my desk late one night, staring at my laptop screen. Another day of spinning my wheels. Posting content. Sending messages. Watching other people win while I was stuck. I had a solid offer (or so I thought). I had experience. I knew I could help people. So why wasn’t I getting clients consistently? And then it hit me: I was doing what everyone else was doing. Saying what everyone else was saying. Following strategies that weren’t built for someone like me. The truth? People weren’t ignoring me I just wasn’t positioned as someone they had to listen to. People weren’t ghosting me I just wasn’t standing out enough to be memorable. People weren’t rejecting my offer I just wasn’t presenting it in a way that made them say, “I need this right now.” I had been playing small without even realizing it. And the moment I changed how I positioned myself, everything shifted. My content started attracting the right people. My DMs turned into real conversations. My authority spoke for itself before I ever had to “sell.” And now? That’s exactly what I help others do. So, if you’re reading this and it resonates… you’re probably one small shift away from making your business actually work. The question is: Are you ready to stop playing small?

@Darisz Oneill growth mindset
It starts with mindset
Do you have a Growth mindset or A fixed mindset Well here is the difference!! A growth mindset is the belief that abilities, intelligence, and skills can be developed through effort, learning, and persistence. People with a growth mindset embrace challenges, learn from failures, and see effort as the path to mastery. Do you have that ? Does that resonate with you ? Here is a fixed mindset! A fixed mindset is the belief that abilities and intelligence are static traits that cannot be changed. People with a fixed mindset avoid challenges, fear failure, and see effort as pointless if they don’t already have natural talent. do you have that ? Does that resonate with you ? The key difference is how each mindset views their experince and especially how they view learning and improvement The growth mindset sees potential for change, while fixed mindset sees limitations. What mindset are you in ? What can we do today to go from fixed mindset to fixed mindset ?

Find your biggest problem and change your attitude in trying to fix it, see through the problem not at it. Research who and how people have solved that problem before and copy it
