I am fasting
So i am in my day 1 fasting and one thing I am Recognizing is that whenever I feel like an insecurity automatically I feel this need to want to eat something till I fulfill myself It's not even hunger it just To fulfill a desire it's very interesting But one thing that I did was.I wrote down on my hand some words to remind myself what I am doing so I don't forget to keep on doing the fast and the 75 day hard let make it happen But also one task at a time trying to do too much is overwhelming and you get nothing accomplished!!
Day 1
So I am going to start my day 1 of doing the stay hard challnage The mindset is just focus on 1 day at a time . And understand I am not perfect And create a schedule so i can know exactly what i am doing so I don't follow my impulses. Let make it happen Who else is going to start the stay hard ?

How EI can change your life
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of others. Remember a time when you had a emotion and due to that you had a arugurment and ruined the relationship what if you can control the emotional reaction in real time ? Emotional intelligence helps you build stronger relationships, make better decisions, stay calm under pressure, and communicate more effectively. It also boosts your empathy, enabling you to connect with others and resolve conflicts more easily. Practice emotional intelligence daily, 1. Start by pausing for a few seconds 2.when you feel strong emotions identify what you're feeling and why 3.Next, try to control your reactions by taking deep breaths or shifting your perspective. How can I see this differently? Can you commit to practicing this for the next 3 days ?
