Just crossed 2,000 watch hours and feeling deeply grateful. I started this channel with a clear mission: Help 1 million people escape the sedentary life and boost their health and happiness the simplest way, using nature-based practices. It wasn’t always clear how to bring that mission to life. I explored different formats, listened closely to feedback from this amazing community, and kept experimenting until I found what truly works for me: unedited videos and authentic daily content (I’m a Consistency Expert btw) Soooo I’m literally showing what’s possible as I’m walking the walk... I just posted my 115th episode in the Daily Outdoor Wellness Dose playlist, which I started on February 1st, right in the heart of Canadian winter. These videos are all filmed outdoors, where I share simplified, evidence-based insights mixed with personal stories and small actionable steps. And in my Walk With Me playlist, I post nearly 20 new videos each month, documenting my walks in all seasons and all weather conditions… it’s an opportunity to discover the reality not only the beauty of the neighborhoods I’m walking around… Because every video is part of something bigger; Helping people make outdoor time a regular part of daily life….
