Dear friends, I wanted to share something special with you. Today was the DAISY Award ceremony, where I was nominated by my patients. This was my second DAISY ceremony, and although I didn’t receive the award, I walked away feeling incredibly grateful and happy. Knowing that your patients notice your care, your dedication, and all the little things you do—and that your work truly makes a difference—means so much to me. Sometimes, being seen and appreciated for what you do is a reward in itself. ❤️

This is embarrassing TO ME to see. Coach Khalil has been my student since he was a kid in high school. He's like a little brother to me. ALL of my coaches are family to me. They've all gone through EXTENSIVE training. If there is ever a personal issue with a coach--talk directly to the coach OR my staff. We have SO many "leaders" in our community and slowly but surely I will promote more of you to this special level!! With their new status, their role in the community is SOLIDIFIED!!! It was NOT easy choosing among the MANY people who showed interest--but for now, I think we have great choices!! My "SHORT-LIST" for the next round is already "decided"!! Our community has grown so much over the past year and it's ALL thanks to YOU! To ensure everyone is able to benefit from our community, we need a big team!!
