BCLSR - Blending (a combination of letters to make a new sound "d + y = j") - Cancellation (when a sound is not heard because another sound is stronger "SNL / DTTH") - Linking (connecting words (syllables) together - Stop Sounds (when we don't finish T/K/P or D/G/B) - Reduction (when a word is not fully (properly) pronounced - You...Y' 2. I think Day should be capitalized in Puerto Rican Day. The official National Puerto Rican Day Parade (NPRDP) website consistently uses Puerto Rican Day with a capital D in the name of the event.
