Islamic Daily Journal | Date: 29 Decemb 2025 Day: Day 4 Day Start | My day started at 5:00 AM. Most Important Tasks 1. Qur’an classes 2. Clothes stitching 3. Video lecture courses in Sir Haroon’s classroom Intentions & Thoughts | :Today, I did not feel like doing household chores. I only wanted to finish the stitching work quickly. However, I had to manage everything alone and completed all tasks by myself. Alhamdulillah.I do not want to waste my time. I avoid useless activities so that I can fulfill my responsibilities and remain engaged in the worship of Allah. I want to stay away from worldly distractions, backbiting, sins, and every action that can harm my Dunya and Akhira Diet & Physical Effort | Breakfast | One cup of tea and one roti with curry Lunch | I usually do not eat lunch. Sometimes I eat something if I feel hungry. Dinner | Mostly I eat only dinn :I am unable to go to the gym because after Fajr prayer I teach children and then manage household work.My daily physical activity includes all household chores, especially working on t Sleep & Health | I slept at 11:00 PM and woke up at 5:00 AM.My health is not good today. I kindly request everyo Speaking & Practice | I regularly engage in Islamic talks invitation Dawah motivation and guidance.Today I practiced one or two poems Hamd Day End | The day ended with Maghrib prayer at 5:40 PM after which I immediately started Qur’an class.Alhamdulillah almost all my tasks were completed Some negative thoughts also disappeared from my heart and mi Mistake & Lesso :I made a mistake by trusting someone too much. That person hurt me deeply.Lesson learned: Not everyone deserves complete tru Prayer Record Fajr: 5:00 AM Peaceful calm and full of Noor Zuhr 2:00 PM Performed followed by teaching Quran to nearly 100 children until Asrا Asr: Performed Alhamdulillah followed by Quran class Maghrib: 5:40 PM – Performed then recited Surah Waqiahا Isha: 7:40 PM
