First sales call!
Hello, we finally got a pretty good call from Meta Ads! Still number of daily leads is struggling, even though the ad spent is $25 CAD a day But during the call, I was surprised he said he is also evaluating other SEO Agencies.. Yet, he said we stood out as our ad was only talking to his niche and I told him we specialize in that niche and we have helped multiple clients in that as well. So going niche is super good for sure Same time I don't want to be too pushy, and he said to send him more information about our next steps and cost. He also liked the idea that we do a lot of support in analysis and research because they are a small team and don't have a lot of time to do SEO work. So what I can do is send him more updates and even ask for a 2nd call within the next 2-3 weeks, as they are planning to start sometime in March/April Any feed-back on this will be really helpful to hopefully close this lead.

Yes for sure! 😀 Glad I was on the right path. Sounds good for the outline as well, that will be really helpful. And yes for scaling the budget, will probably have to close some few clients before I then go to like $40-50/day
Low quality leads with fb lead gen forms
Hi guys, running a fb lead gen campaign for client in insurance verticle, the client's sales team have reported back saying lots of them don't answer, left voicemail, lots of spam. We just enabled phone verification (is this good option?) and added more qualifying questions, anything else we can do besides those two?

@John Romaine Hello! I am confused about this. Last time you said Instant Form leads are great, and that was on of the video replays. But I guess now you're saying we shouldn't do this anymore and focus on leads on the landing pages instead?
Training Update: Module 3 (Positioning) Release
Hey everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update on the new training I’m currently working on and, in particular, Module 3: Positioning. First — I want to apologise for the delay. I know many of you are waiting for this, and I genuinely appreciate your patience. The reason it’s taken longer than expected is simple: this module is a tremendous amount of work, and I’m being very intentional about how it’s built. Positioning is foundational. If it’s rushed, half-assed, or full of gaps, it creates confusion later on — which leads to more problems, more support requests, and ultimately worse results for you. I’d rather take the time now to do this properly than push something out quickly that causes friction down the track. The goal with this training is clarity, structure, and momentum — not patching holes after the fact. That means tighter explanations, better sequencing, and removing ambiguity wherever possible so you can actually apply this stuff with confidence. The good news: Module 3: Positioning will be released next week. It’s coming together really well, and I’m confident it’ll be worth the wait. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. I’m putting the work in because I want this to genuinely help you get better results — not just tick a box and move on. More soon. — John

Looking for Agency Owners & Marketers to Test a Review Management Tool (7-Day Free Access)
Hi everyone 👋 🥸 UPDATED: I am still looking for some testers. Who are willing to use this is a real world scenario, I will set you up with complete free access. You can try it for your own or setup your client in it. I made a new short video which I hope explains it in a nut shell. 87% of people check reviews before choosing a business, service, or even an employer. One bad review can outweigh dozens of good ones if it's not managed properly. Trust Tide is an easy-to-use review management platform that helps businesses collect, monitor and manage reviews in one place. It gives you more control over your online reputation, helps build trust with new customers, and supports better buying and hiring decisions. Feel free to ask any questions first. Thanks in advance — your insight would be incredibly valuable. (fyi, I did seek permission to post first 😜)

Sure, would love to test it out!
AI Content Challenge
So far in the last few months, I had 2 clients saying our contents (mainly on new blog articles) are too much AI and not much human. Even though we use NeuronWriter to manually optimize them and increase their SEO score, but was wondering if there are better ways to do this and have something more human? At the end we are not subject-matter experts, so here can be a bit challenging too.

@John Romaine Yes, I think about 80% but we optimize it with NeuronWriter. Thanks for sharing that session, and yes that seems really interesting as well! Do you also have next steps to it? Like after we gather all that, how can we go about writing blog articles. Or maybe if there are some more examples of that too
