New lesson - Go where the money is
When it comes to choosing a niche, THE most important factors is going where the money is. Mainly for the fact that you'll want to maximize both earning potential and profits, but moreso - to cover ad costs. I uploaded a new lesson today where I explain this in detail - along with a few examples. You can check it out HERE

@Ged Richardson Thank you!. Out of interest, how many of the new lessons have you watched?
Thanks for todays call - quick roundup
Thanks to everyone who jumped on today’s group call — really appreciate you taking the time to show up and get involved. We covered a lot of important ground, including instant forms vs full sales funnels, how to structure ad campaigns around scheduled conversion events rather than just leads, and why prioritising niche-specific case studies is such a leverage point. We also spent time talking about charging based on the exchange of value, not just the activities being performed, and why reducing time to value in client projects is critical for better results, retention, and long-term relationships. The quality of the questions and discussion today was solid, and it’s good to see people thinking beyond tactics and focusing on outcomes. And lastly, we once again confirmed that @Allen Wagner is, in fact, a vampire and never sleeps 🧛‍♂️ Appreciate you all — keep applying what we covered and feel free to continue the discussion in the group.

Can I get some feedback on this lesson?
Hey guys, Ive just uploaded a new lesson HERE that I wouldn't mind getting some feedback on. It covers the process involved in terms of establishing market fit. Establishing market fit is essential because it validates that a service solves a real, significant problem for a specific audience willing to pay for it. This is core to the fundamentals of the topic being covered in this module - positioning.

@Trey Dalton okay great. I was wanting to ensure I was clear and it was easy to understand. As for the notes that’s great too. Not sure if you noticed but I’m adding timestamps as well that allow you to skip straight to certain parts of each video which should be useful for quick referencing

Google ads at the start of SEO Campaign
Has anyone had success running Google Ads in the first 30–90 days of a new SEO campaign to generate leads fast and keep the client confident while SEO ramps up? If yes, how do you usually set it up (budget, campaign type, keywords, landing pages), and what mistakes should I avoid?

@Byron Trzeciak "Full tracking and being able to change them on the fly without needing approval from the client". Plus control and ownership of the assets too which prevents nonsense like this
