Bridging the Last Mile of Awareness
In life we spend so much time collecting, preparing, and analyzing data, facts, words, thoughts, books... We keep on gathering experiences, learning lessons, trying to make sense of it all. But the true transformation doesn’t happen in the collection. It happens in the translation: in how we turn understanding into wisdom, and wisdom into aligned action. The “last mile” in this image represents the gap between knowing and being. Many of us have the data (the insights, the awareness) but struggle to bring that understanding into our daily lives. That’s where most people experience the problem: not in the lack of knowledge, but in the lack of integration. The spiritual path asks us not just to see the truth, but to embody it. To take what we have learned in the mind and root it in the heart. To let our insights shape how we show up, how we speak, and how we love. Bridging this last mile is where growth becomes grace... where awareness becomes awakening.🎉

I would even go so far as to say the last 5% is where most of us stumble and sometimes even fall and think we need to go backward before we use what we’ve already accumulated. I know my biggest challenge is always taking it and using it 😉. How about you?

@Kátia Castro Costa oooo. Oh yes, the ole letting go of the outcome of one’s work. A challenge indeed and I’m sure glad you’re finding mastery!
Let Us All Take A Moment
As we start the new week with a busy Monday, let's all take a moment. Let's take a moment of meditation and visualization, not for ourselves but for our world. Let us send healing energy to the sick. Peace to the war torn. Let us visualize food for the hungry. Joy for the sad. Let us affirm empowerment to the down trodden. Envision healing and cleansing of our Earth. Small acts add up. There is power in numbers. Let us pause from ourselves and our tasks for just a bit this Monday. Let's use that pause to envision and empower a brighter world!

Oh that’s very sweet!
🧬 Reframing "friction" will save your life.
What would happen if you reframed friction as evolution? That's what I've been doing this week. I've been facing a lot of friction (in the form of overthinking, fear, anxiety, …) Back in the day, I used to be consumed by it… And because of that, I would stop. And the friction would win. Imagine you were a car.. 🏎️ You begin to speed up. 🏎️ 💨 But when the engine and wheels start heating up… 🌡️ You see that as a bad sign… ⚠️ So you stop on the side of the road. 🛑 But what if you reframed this "heating up" as progress? You would enjoy the ride much more & continue your journey. That's how we transmute friction and use it to our advantage. By reframing it. Whatever you experience… Try and "go meta", then select a frame that would benefit you most.

Fun analogy. Friction is where the rubber meets the road 😉. Without it we could slide sideways, which could be a good thing, but I suspect not.

@Lee Simmons I also like the word determination to augment perseverance. Once one is committed, ie. determined, perseverance will get you to the finish line.
Uplifting..

Cheers mate! What a beauty. I ask myself each morning “how can I make this day fun?” It’s lots of fun😁
Guided meditations
I want to ask something. Right now I'm doing the 21-day meditation of raising your vibration. 🍁 I do this meditation in the morning. Can I - during the rest of the day - practice other guided meditations? Or is it better to only practice one guided meditation at a time.

Experiment. What works best for you. I don’t do guided meditations at all because I find they take me out of the space where my own creativity comes online. And I have experimented with them, they just don’t work for me. So, try it different ways to find your best fit.
