What would happen if you reframed friction as evolution?
That's what I've been doing this week.
I've been facing a lot of friction (in the form of overthinking, fear, anxiety, …)
Back in the day, I used to be consumed by it… And because of that, I would stop. And the friction would win.
Imagine you were a car.. 🏎️
You begin to speed up. 🏎️ 💨
But when the engine and wheels start heating up… 🌡️
You see that as a bad sign… ⚠️
So you stop on the side of the road. 🛑
But what if you reframed this "heating up" as progress?
You would enjoy the ride much more & continue your journey.
That's how we transmute friction and use it to our advantage.
By reframing it.
