Theoretically if I worked with a fencing contractor what offer would I pitch to their old clients?

I am starting to work with a new real estate agent who has a database of about 4,000 cold leads in his area. I just wanna say thank you so much for that, it's literally pure gold - and the fact that you give it out to your community for completely free blows my mind, shows how much you guys actually care.
