Follow up SAVIOR!
Hey everyone! I've been struggling with manual follow-ups on leads and I know a lot of agents here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here's a simple way I solved it for under $30/month: 1. Set up a webhook from your lead form (Zillow, website, Facebook) to catch new leads instantly 2. Connect it to your CRM using Zapier so every lead gets added automatically, no more copy-pasting 3. Trigger an immediate text + email with your calendar link so they can book a showing while they're still hot 4. Set up a 3-day follow-up sequence that stops as soon as they respond or book Now my leads get contacted within 2 minutes even at 3am, and I'm not manually entering anything. Ideas for touching base to your "warm leads".
Who has fresh new ideas for touching base and asking for referrals for 2026. Do you think picking up phone and calling is best, buying gift cards from local coffee shops, client appreciation parties? I need some fresh ideas. I learned one from Kreg to put my card/sticker in a book for clients young kids.

Hey @Sue Sherry I’m pretty new to real estate but not to business. As someone who’s owned a coffee shop and have had to work with people and customers or potential customers, one thing I’ve always found to be very rewarding is just connecting with people. I’ve found that when people feel like you’re connecting with them in a natural way, and that could be literally something like just something like you said, “grabbing coffee” and finding out how they are doing, people will open up to new ideas. In this case real estate. Not saying this particular idea would work, but I think I’m speaking more to authentic connection. People usually want to do business with people they believe actually care about them, especially with something emotionally connected like buying a home or something like that. Anyway, hopefully this sparked something. I know you’ve been in this business for over 20yrs, & thanks for all your feedback. Loving it.
