Set up a webhook from your lead form (Zillow, website, Facebook) to catch new leads instantly
Connect it to your CRM using Zapier so every lead gets added automatically, no more copy-pasting
Trigger an immediate text + email with your calendar link so they can book a showing while they're still hot
Set up a 3-day follow-up sequence that stops as soon as they respond or book

Now my leads get contacted within 2 minutes even at 3am, and I'm not manually entering anything.
