Phone Busy Signal...
Hey Guys - I set up my calling assistant for a client last June, left it working without issues, Just got off a call with them... everything is busted and not working. It seems like the primary issue is that the phone number in CreateAssistants is going to a busy signal.. Nothing in the dashboard indicates that there is something wrong with the number though.. Has something fundamentally changed about how the voice AI works via inbound phone that would have broken this?

Company Name...
Hey all, for the life of me, I cannot get my assistant to record the company name against the GHL "Business Name" field - am I missing something?
