What does it mean when i dont have sore body next day after training

Sore body doesn't mean= muscle growth. Soreness doesn't mean that you've built muscle. Only thing that matters is did you train to failure? if yes, it doesn't matter if you're sore or not. After you've worked out for some time your muscles don't become that sore anymore.
