I have 7 people in one group and started another today and just want some advice on getting the 1st 10 members?

I haven’t really managed to start the blitz yet. I think I’m further behind than I thought and am prone to over analysis, then general overwhelm. Too much to do right now, but slowly reducing to focus on only priority items… But right now? It’s just about consistently showing up, and building the community.
