Wisdom Wednesday: Stop Posting. Start Positioning.
Future-proof businesses aren’t loud. They’re not chasing trends. They’re not trying to impress everyone. They are clear about three things: Who they are for What they are known for What they refuse to participate in They know EXACTLY who they want to impress and how to talk to them. Clarity builds authority. Authority builds leverage. Leverage future-proofs everything. Task (No overthinking only use 10 minutes) Write this out: 1️⃣ Who you actually help (Not “entrepreneurs.” Be specific.) 2️⃣ The category you want to own (What do you want people to think of when they hear your name?) 3️⃣ What you stand against in your industry (What are you done tolerating? What do you think is broken?) If you can’t articulate this, you don’t have positioning. You have content. AI Prompt (Use AI like a strategist, not a copywriter) Based on the positioning below, craft a sharp authority statement that clearly differentiates me from competitors. Make it confident, clear, and specific. Avoid generic marketing language. Social Implementation (Do this immediately again with no overthinking) Turn your authority statement into: • A pinned post • A rewritten bio • A stronger headline • The first line of your next piece of content Consistency compounds. Confusion kills. Future-proof creators don’t try to go viral. They try to become undeniable. Drop your positioning below. Let’s sharpen it. I love a good pinned post!

Love this… FUN! agree it made me feel very vulnerable! My statement: I’m an insurance agent with 20+ years specializing in both personal and commercial coverage for individuals and business owners with real exposure. I consider myself an educator never a salesperson. I work with clients at every stage, approaching each situation individually instead of forcing it into a prebuilt insurance package - homes, vehicles, property, liability, and operations that require thoughtful, coordinated, and effective protection. My focus is making sure coverage aligns with how clients actually live and operate, so there are no surprises when a claim happens. If you’re only looking for the cheapest option or willing to cut corners to save a few dollars, I may not be the right fit. My clients value coverage that holds up when it’s tested, not explanations after something goes wrong. Chat GPT (after I had it remove anything about selling - my biggest peeve! I’m an educator not a salesperson🥹) I don’t sell insurance—I educate clients on how their risk actually works and how coverage needs to respond when it’s tested. With 20+ years advising individuals and business owners with real exposure, I break down the gaps, assumptions, and tradeoffs most policies hide. Then we structure coordinated personal and commercial coverage that aligns with how they actually live and operate. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, I’m not the right fit. My clients want to understand what they own—and know it will perform. More Direct / Assertive I don’t quote policies—I teach clients how insurance fails, and how to fix it. For over 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals and business owners who need coverage to hold up under real conditions, not just look good on paper. Every decision is informed, intentional, and built around actual exposure—not price. If you want cheap, I’m not your advisor. If you want to understand and eliminate risk, we should talk. Concise Version I don’t sell insurance—I educate clients on how to structure it correctly. 20+ years. No shortcuts. Coverage built to perform when it matters.
Contrarian Tuesday
Say what others won’t. The fastest way to stand out is not better tips. It’s a stronger point of view. Task Write down something in your industry that you think is: • Overhyped • Misleading • Overcomplicated AI Prompt (Copy/Paste) Help me turn this opinion into a thoughtful contrarian post that challenges common advice in my industry while positioning me as credible and insightful. Social Content Idea Post: “Most people in [industry] believe X… but I disagree.” These posts create authority quickly. Share the link of yours below so we can hype you up!

did it… love what I could post. Being in insurance, I’ve wanted to do this for years. I truly love this industry—but the general public largely does not. I worry about the potential repercussions of social media, having to constantly defend myself (time I simply don’t have), and any possible implications it could have for my agency. I understand the goal is to make an impression and get people thinking… but am I wrong to be concerned about this?
