I never realized how much being in shape changed
I was never in the best shape when I was younger but over the last few years I have really prioritized it alot more and it has changed so much. Of course the physical changed a TON, I started looking different, noticing changes in the mirror, and in the way people treated me... but alot changed mentally too. I changed the way that I saw myself and that was the most transformational piece of it all, that is what really changed the most for me. I feel like I became a new person, in a good way, or at least leveled up alot, and I never want to go back. I write this because I didnt know what else to say but wanted to make sure I got a post up today, maybe someone can use this as inspiration to get back into the gym or whatever. goodluck!

would love someones input on this
Something I’ve realized recently is that fitness might be one of the biggest parts of style. You can buy nice clothes, but if you don’t feel good in your own body, nothing really fits the same. When you’re in shape, everything you wear just looks better because you carry it differently. What do you think — does confidence come from style, or does style come from confidence?
Discipline while working to improve style
For me, the hardest part about discipline isn’t starting - it’s staying consistent when the motivation fades. Some days it feels like I’m doing everything right and still not seeing results, and that messes with my focus. What about you? What’s the hardest part of staying disciplined with style in your life right now?
How do you guys deal with being crazy busy?
Of course its different for everyone, but what are some ways you guys deal with having no tiime? Whether is not having time to pick outfits or just do anything recreational, what are some strategies that work for you?

@Matthew Murdock Yeah I get that, having a bit more time sounds nice haha. What goals are you working towards these days?
My Winter Goals 2025-26
Im sharing my winter goals as a form of accountability and community! I would love for you all to help keep me accountable, and I can do the same for you all! My main goal this winter is to lean down even more and increase my VO2 max (basically cardiovascular endurance). I dont want to step on a bodybuilding stage, but I want to lean back down to where I used to be at, about 10-14% bodyfat. What are your goals?
