Hi, I am developing a Facebook Instagram chatbot, and my Meta app is in Live mode with instagram_manage_messages permissions. The problem:I receive webhooks from everyone, but my n8n workflow fails with a 403 error when trying to reply to a non-admin user. The error:(#200) App does not have Advanced Access to the instagram_manage_messages permission. Question:Is Business Verification mandatory to obtain Advanced Access and reply to the public? If so, how do you handle this when selling chatbots to clients? Do they need to get verified themselves? Thanks.

Hello people, I am still debating in getting the AIS+ subscription. I'm 54, in my last year of a Masters in AI, fullstack web developer for 20+ years and starting to create my first automations for real clients (the one I am working on right now is an n8n automation that uses Claude Vision AI to extract structured data from PDF articles and automatically creates formatted Drupal content with mapped taxonomies, saving 18 hours of manual work per month). I have created some other automations, also with n8n and I do have knowledge of LangChain. I am still working full time as a developer but want to switch to building automations and providing value to companies. Is AIS+ the right place? Hi everyone, For the past few days, I’ve been trying to connect my client’s Outlook account to N8N in order to create drafts, send emails, retrieve categories, etc. Here’s the situation: - I created an app in Azure, retrieved the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret, and connected it to N8N. - When trying to send a draft, I got an error saying I didn’t have the required permissions. - I then updated the API scopes and permissions (with ChatGPT’s help) to grant full access. The issue is that the Outlook account is managed by an external company, and my client’s account is not an admin account. I was given access to an admin account and granted all necessary API permissions to the app. However: - When I connect to N8N using the admin account (which also has mailbox access), it says the mailbox is invalid or not found when running the workflow. - When I try connecting directly with my client’s Outlook account, it says I need admin privileges to connect the mailbox to N8N. - From the admin account, I can’t figure out how to properly grant access to the client’s mailbox. Has anyone experienced this kind of issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
