Introduce Yourself (ALL Intros HERE Please!)
OK, so by introducing yourself you are guaranteed to get to level 2 - it's really that easy and I LOVE learning more about the cool people in this group. Feel free to share where you're from, why you're here, what you do for a living, and what you like about style. Are you a watch guy, suit guy, fragrance guy, or maybe just getting started? Have fun here!

@Dale Rose Good day Sir Rose. Thank you for your service. I’m in the right group and I’m grateful for your welcome.
First pair of Thursday Boots
When I separated from the military a few years ago, I had to completely overhaul my professional wardrobe all at once. Shoes were kind of an afterthought at the time but now I’m going to replace things with better stuff. I was really torn between getting the Thursday President and Captain boots. Ended up going with the Captains and I’m not disappointed! Beautiful craftsmanship and leather. I’m sure they’ll break in nicely. I’ll try to get some OOD posts up with them soon! I’d like to get a pair of Thursday Rogues (Jodhpur) later this year. Anybody got a pair of those and like them?

they just came out with the rose anvil model of the heritage captains. It's even better because quality increased although they look a bit bulkier.
Aviator’s OOTD? 😂🤦‍♂️
This one should be good for a laugh. I jump in my Jeep this morning headed for my version of Sunday Service. The mission of the day? Heading to my hangar to mess around with some oily old airplanes and maybe take one up for a little exercise. I fire up the Jeep and cue up my YouTube feed to listen to some videos on my way to the Hangar. What cues up but a new RMRS Video on “Why Aviators are So Stylish” : I reflect on my current “ensemble” and laugh my way to the hangar. With apologies to my stylish aviator brethren, here are the gems of the day: 1) It’s only 16 degrees F out, and will be even colder up where I’m headed so we start out OK with my well worn G-1 “bomber” jacket. 2) Heavy Oxford button down plaid shirt from L.L. Bean. This one well “broken in” warm, and something that I don’t mind getting oil stained etc. 3) Here’s where we go south - an old pair of light stone washed, carheartt blue jeans - Dad Jeans that are worn and comfortable with no holes but here again - Climbing around oily old airplanes. 3) footwear? - Yeah there was a pair of old J.Crew Topsiders that were next to my garage door easy to slip on as I headed out. They do provide good feel on rudder pedals - but these are just my typical kick arounds - like most guys wear sneakers. Really not great winter wear. 4) accessories? Anson belt and buckle that actually did match the shoes and watch. Watch was my old reliable Seiko Flight-master Pilot Chronograph, that I bought some thirty plus years ago when I graduated flight school. Complete with E6B bezel. This thing has flown countless miles with me Sunglasses were my Rayban wayfarers in dark tortoise shell. Because they were sitting on the dash of my jeep when I got in - incidentally, wayfarers are a poor choice for serious flying because they are wide and ridged and ruin the ear cup seal on your headset. Gloves - Military issue Nomex flying gloves in OD. - because I keep them in my flight bag and they are fire resistant. So there you have it guys - the antithesis of Antonio’s latest video 😱😎 Have at me…🫣
