Something kind of ODD happened to me last week, and I though I'd share a surprising L I took and how we shook it off quickly and turned it into a W. We recently helped a franchise client in the massage and facial industry generate over 100 reviews in just 60 days using our system. Sounds like a huge win, right? But here’s the curveball: they canceled. Not because the system didn’t work — it worked too well.
