Reinforcement "Sacred Reading"
"Sacred Reading" was a great experience fot me yesterday. In fact I have done it in similar way before, but now it was a positive reinforcement and a confirmation for me.

I made my 14-Day Journey in July and experience improvement since then. It feels good and healthy for me, even if my Meditation Skills are still small. In the morning I am often very tired. Three big inhales are not enough. Then I look for a better time during the day. Agnes, what would you say, is the next step?
Review your Journey
When you have completed your 14-Day Journey, write down what you experienced here, so we can inspire each other for growth! The following points are especially relevant: 1. What was your goal with this challenge? (A personal struggle you were working on.) 2. What actions you tried were most/ least helpful? 3. What did you take away from 14 days of meditation?

First of all I experienced Agnes as a strong, optimistic, disziplinned and courageous motivator and accountability partner. This was really tough but rewarding to me. The challenge was not only the meditation, but the implication on "Hygiene of Thoughts" 24 h a day. I had to write down my impressions in the early afternoon, because in the evening they were no longer present to me. I made a little progress in awareness, commitment. The most rewarding impact was on "Hygiene of Thoughts".
accusations from persons of respect
My two Take-aways from David and Goliath: 1. When David decided to act in faith and fight Goliath, he did not get any encouragement. Instead, he was confronted with 3 heavy accusations, even from his elder brother Eliab, who was a person of respect to him (1. Sam. 17;28): - Unfaithfulness with the sheep, the economic basis of the family. - Presumption in believing, he can make the difference. - Evil Heart, wanting to see the cruelty of the battle. David simply turned his back on him and continued to ask the same question, making known his intention. This takes inner strength. 2. When David stepped forward, he first secured his own rights. He asked the people to repeat the promise of Saul. Selfish? No. Know your value and stand for it. Don’t be rubbed by others.

Let's support each other: share wins + struggles
Hello meditation adventurer 🤗🤗 After your on-boarding, you are welcomed to share any small or big wins here, and also challenges. - Was there a key moment in your last meditation, that gave you a helpful perspective? - How do you keep up your morning and evening routine? - What works good, what not in visualization? - Could you apply "Hygiene of Thoughts" today, or was it so hard? - ... whatever else you want to share! If there are private questions, ask me in a personal message. But in many times we struggle with similar issues and therefore can learn together. I would be happy to use the group-aspect and the fact, that we all meditate morning and evening for a specific change - in many cases chronic stress. So we are on very similar journeys.

My Morning Meditation was dry yet challenging. I realised, that Jesus was much more active than I thought. He didn't simply wait to hear God's voice, but went around challenging people to become his desciples. I think, on the way he got his "inputs". This challenged me. I immediately started my innitiatives.

Jes, the preachers of the Holiness Movement marked it as sin to live in fear and unbelieve. Their whole spirituality was build around this subject and overcoming habitual sin.
