Follow up
I made my 14-Day Journey in July and experience improvement since then. It feels good and healthy for me, even if my Meditation Skills are still small. In the morning I am often very tired. Three big inhales are not enough. Then I look for a better time during the day. Agnes, what would you say, is the next step?

In the morning, get sunlight in your eyes in the first 20 min. It’s an advice from the huberman lab, if you want to look it up google him and „circadian rhythm“. don’t look directly into the sun, but in the direction. Electrolytes help, with a squeeze of lemon. Then gentle movement. You can do a morning stretch or a small walk. Then sit down for meditation. Or alternatively, take an audio guided meditation with you on the walk. Walk slowly, direct your attention to the senses: breathing the fresh air. Breath fully and freely. Notice where your body feels well/ might need some care. Then put on the meditation.

Next steps in the Group
Hello all! The next weeks I am planning to create inputs for specific needs and interest groups. I'm considering different options like: 🌿 a weekly live meditation 🌿 a topic-of-the month, like "rumination", to have daily inputs here, to master it 🌿 courses + workbooks in different length and intensity, to go after your main interest I have some topics on my mind. - Meditation Basics - Methods originated in Christianity - Get out of rumination + procrastination - Hygiene of thoughts: learn to differ and habitualize healthy patterns - For mothers: worry free, present, thriving - work-life: Optimize work performance and switching off for free time - De-clutter, simplify and do what matters: Build helpful structures - daily/ weekly/ bigger picture - Optimize wakefulness during the day and deep rest at night - Decision-making - make them quicker and more satisfying - Train to notice your gut feeling, intuition, „God’s voice“ - Support and boost change in any area you currently work on: addiction/ nutrition/ fitness/ career level up/ degree/… anything hard that needs endurance, motivation and focus What do you like most? If there is an area of life/ a skill/ a challenge you face, that could be relevant for all, let me know. I might do sessions on that too!
