Hey all! We have a live Q&A coming up in 5 days. Do you have any questions about health, fitness, or Bjorn’s plans for the future you’d like us to address?

Was a long day at work, had to stay late. Felt exhausted & not motivated; I contemplated rescheduling my day to work out but thankfully stuck with it. I felt so much better afterwards and even felt like I had more energy 🎉

Tomorrow marks three years in this location! That’s CRAZY I’m so excited for what’s to come. Also— I hired a coach for ME! Why? Because I have been struggling this year to keep at my goals. It took THREE people to convince me to get back into training, and thanks to them I bit the bullet and put my money where my mouth is. I’m going to crush this!!
