Hi Adventurers! Yesterday the Sheriff announced a travel advisory for St. Lawrence County. We are operating at normal hours today with a 3:15 session open for anyone who wants to make up sessions. Please do not risk your life for a workout. If the weather or roads are too bad for you to make your session just come a different day. Stay safe!!

Hello Winter ❄️ Just shoveled my driveway a bit and I wanted to share my win for the day. Granted it only took about 20 mins but I barely even broke a sweat! Prior to working out in the gym that would have had me dying for breath. Our bodies are capable of so much don't count yourself out until you have tried till failure. Remember that winter habits build summer bodies 💪
