You CANNOT have success without failure - PERIOD, END OF STORY!
Before the success story… there’s always a failure story. Michael Jordan missed over 9,000 shots in his career. Dyson built 5,127 failed prototypes before getting it right. Sylvester Stallone was rejected over 1,500 times before Rocky. Thomas Edison failed 1,000 times before the light bulb worked. J.K. Rowling was turned down by 12 publishers before Harry Potter. We celebrate the outcome. We rarely study the repetition. The difference between ordinary and legendary isn’t talent. It’s tolerance. Tolerance for rejection. Tolerance for embarrassment. Tolerance for slow progress. Tolerance for looking foolish before looking brilliant. Most people don’t fail because they lack ability. They fail because they quit too early. Failure isn’t the opposite of success. It’s the filtration system. It removes the people who aren’t willing to persist. The question isn’t: “Will I fail?” You will. The real question is: “How long can I keep going?” Curious — what’s something you almost quit on… but didn’t? Let’s talk about it 👇

Learning Never Ends 📚
The greatest threat to your potential is deciding you’re done learning. Graduation was never the finish line. It was the beginning. Learning is the foundation of growth. But somewhere along the way, school made many people resent it. So they stop. And when you stop learning, you start drifting. You have two choices: Keep learning and deliberately build your future. Or stay distracted desiring things you haven’t developed the skill to earn. Growth is a choice. So is stagnation. — Heath Adams

@Eric Stalter ah yes!! Nobody will ever know everything. It’s like what Vince Lombardi said - we will chase perfection, we will never get there, but along the way we will shake the hands of excellence

@Eric Stalter thanks for the contribution brother 🙏
People Want The Flame🔥
People want the flame. Few are willing to touch the fire. Everybody wants success, freedom, happiness. But are you willing to sacrifice what’s comfortable right now to earn it? Are you building a life that actually fulfills you… or chasing a version of happiness someone else designed? Did you choose your definition of success? Or did it get handed to you? Real happiness isn’t inherited. It’s constructed. And the fire that builds it will burn off everything that doesn’t matter. The question is simple: Are you brave enough to choose your own story?

@Melanie Bourbeau the problem and why people are never able to achieve getting out of their comfort zone is because #1 they’re not aware form a neurological standpoint why that is and #2 they’re reasoning isn’t compelling enough. People who are stuck, it’s because getting out of their comfort zone is a “should” and not a “must” ‘Should’ you’ll do when it’s convenient but when something is a ‘must’, you take it to a deeper level inside your mind and body

@Rose Colbourne I love the self accountability and awareness 🔥
FOCUS vs BUSY
Busy looks productive. Energy scattered. Attention divided. Motion everywhere. Focused looks different. One target. One direction. One priority. Busy drains you. Focus builds you. Don’t confuse movement with progress. Choose depth over distraction.

@Eric Stalter I completely understand that. I remember early on in my journey thinking I was so "busy" but all I did was check emails and do activities that didn't really get me the results I was looking for. We do this a lot. We mistake movement for achievement. The smartest business people understand this. They take the top 3 priorities - things that will actually get the needle moving and they do those things first. They spend most of their time on the things that matter and everything else comes after.
