Whatsapp to CRM automation price
Hi all, I have a first client and they want an automation where their old and new WhatsApp enquiries are pushed into their CRM. I don't know the full scope yet but can anyone advise me of a suitable pricing model? this is where I get stuck ! Thanks in advance

@Chris Jadama do you mean in relation to the one time set up fee or the ongoing monthly management costs? its the ongoing part I'm struggling with. Say if im hosting the workflow and making sure its working etc

@Andy Croon thanks Andy. In this case they have no crm just messy data across 2 years so I have to clean it and push it into a new crm and then create a separate flow to capture new data. Possibly I could figure out how much time an admin assistant would cost them to do it manually and base it on that
Struggling with Automation Jargon? Here's a Quick Reference Guide
Helped someone recently who was struggling with automation fundamentals—specifically the jargon and basic programming concepts that we all take for granted. Put together 2 quick reference guides that might help others getting started: 📄 Automation Fundamentals (concepts, terminology, when to automate vs when not to) 📄 Programming Cheat Sheet (APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication—the stuff you need to know) Attaching both here. Free. No strings. If you're just getting into automation and feeling overwhelmed by the technical stuff, these should help cut through the noise. And if you're still stuck after reading these, feel free to DM me. Happy to point you in the right direction.

👁️ AI or real photography? The line is no longer clear
This prompt doesn’t aim for artificial beauty. It aims for extreme realism. Raw. Imperfect. Human. 👉 It’s designed to generate ultra-close macro shots of an eye that are so realistic they force the question:Is this AI… or is it a real photograph? It includes: - Authentic skin texture: visible pores, fine hair, wrinkles, fibers 🔍 - Real imperfections: redness, uneven tone, micro flaws - Natural shine from oils and dry areas - No makeup. No retouching. - True skin translucency, no idealized smoothing 🎥 From a technical standpoint: - Raking light that reveals depth and surface detail - True-to-life color science 🎞️ - Ultra-shallow depth of field with critical focus - The feel of a real capture using a 100mm macro, DSLR, or smartphone in macro mode 🧠 The challenge: Mix these images with real photographs and watch the reactions.Very few people will be able to tell which ones are AI-generated and which ones are NOT. 🔥 Result: realism that blurs the boundary between AI and photography. 👉 Could you tell which ones are AI and which ones were shot by my photographer? 👀📸
