Welcome to 2026 🎉
Happy New Year everyone, and whether you’re feeling the fresh-start energy of January or still very much in hibernation mode, I want to say that both are welcome here. Follow your body and listen to what YOU need. You'll see I'm back online here, sharing reflections, practices, and prompts around breath, regulation, and embodied living weekly. This is after I’ve taken some time over the past couple of weeks to slow down and listen to my own system, to notice what’s actually ready to move, and what needs just a little more space. One thing that keeps coming up is how much our nervous systems are still settling, even when the calendar says it’s time to go. I’ve also been reminded that the answers we’re looking for aren’t found by pushing forward... they’re found in the quiet moments we tend to avoid. In the pauses, in the stillness. It's what becomes audible when we stop rushing to the next thing. For now, I’m curious: What does your body feel ready for in this season, is it more movement, more rest, reflection on habits, visioning for the future, or something in between it all? One word or a sentence is more than enough, drop it in the comments for us - this will help guide our journey together. Welcome to 2026 🌬️

What Energy are you bringing into 2026?
As this year begins to close, a new one is already forming. Before goals, plans, or resolutions… there’s something deeper to consider: What energy do you want to live from in 2026? Not what you want to achieve —But how you want to show up in your body, relationships, and inner world. Maybe it’s: 🌱 more presence 🔥 more courage 🌊 more softness 🛡 stronger boundaries 💛 deeper trust 🌀 more truth There’s no right answer. Just an honest one. Take a moment and feel into it — not from your mind, but from your nervous system. 👉 What energy are you choosing to bring into 2026? 👉 And what are you ready to leave behind as this year completes? Share below if you feel called. Naming it out loud can be a powerful first step.

@Taz Street Love this! 🤩
Excited to be here
I am very excited for next week and the 3 day immersion, from signing up for this I have jumped straight in to buying the course, I totally believe in the power of breath but have only learnt about it in therapy sessions where it is a tool on its own rather than a skill set, I can’t wait to learn more and then share with others.

Welcome to the ReWild Breathwork (free) Community
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. First, be sure to download the SKOOL app, it's much easier to pop in on the go. This space was created as a free community for anyone curious about breathwork, the nervous system, and somatic healing. It’s a place to learn, connect, and share the tools that support nervous system repair and embodied living. Here’s what you’ll find inside: - Resources and practices to support regulation and resilience - Space to share reflections - Opportunities to connect with others exploring similar paths - Our accredited Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Certification To keep this space safe and grounded, we ask everyone to honor these values: 1. Confidentiality & Respect 2. Share From Your Own Experience 3. Nervous System Safety First 4. Educational, Not Prescriptive 5. Curiosity & Openness First Post: Introduce Yourself To get started, introduce yourself in the comments below. By doing this, you'll gain access to our classroom of materials. You might share: - Your name & where you’re joining from - What drew you to breathwork or somatic healing - One intention you’re bringing into this community I’ll go first: I’m Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork. I move between Bali, Dublin, and Los Angeles. Breathwork profoundly shifted my own nervous system and opened a path toward deeper embodiment and clarity. My intention here is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can explore this work for yourself. Now it’s your turn, I look forward to meeting you. Jamie

Hi, I am Hayley. I am from the south east of the UK. I have experienced traumas throughout my life & 10 years ago, enough was enough - I healed my mind from the past. Currently, I am very much on touch with my cherished inner child and I find co'regulating her so beautiful. I did not receive co-regullation as a child or until I met my hubby (nearly 20 years ago). I believe my body is detached from my mind and I am in need of Somatic healing. I managed to stop refluxing for months, now it's back. Here goes another round of finding peace and clarity x.

Just a beginner that's realised I can sing! Now, I can laugh at times too! 2026 is the very year where learning, living & safety comes together ☮️💪
