Guess what! LinkedIn changed their algorithms and if you do not pay shift your strategy, you will continue the job search inertia. You need to be posting content related to what your PVP is. What's your PVP: Professional Value Proposition. In other words, what you offer employers as a candidate and hopefully hired employee. By posting you are triggering the algorithms towards your profile. People viewing your profile will increase your chances of someone looking to hire someone just like you. If you post, let us know in a post here and we can all take a look, hit like, comment, and not only increase your profile views, but their own as well. That's how it works!

Would really love to see some of you video sessions in the classroom.

1st post so pardon me if I don't have it right. I have no idea as to my dream job. I have been doing phone sales virtually since 2011/ I like it depending on the product. Right now might dream job is one where the product is easier to selll, maybe a lower price point so I can sell more of them, management that is understanding of employees and MORE money. I was lookng at customer service pershaps. I will see what the AI tells but the applications all say you must have EX{IERIENCE. The ones that don't are either crappy or so many people are applying that you get lost in the shuffle. Looking forward to the parts that tell me how to maybe appoy directly or go through linkedin recruiters.

Many people put a picture in their profile and then write their job title in their header. Bad move. Why? A title says nothing special about who you are as a professional. Your headline needs to say more. It needs to reflect why someone should hire you. You want a headline that triggers a hiring impulse.
