I'm RollingH from Vietnam I'm doing Vovinam at the moment (Idk if traditional martial arts are considered combat sports or not) My favourite athlete is Gabriel Varga I want to find a way to improve my sparring (techniques, gas tank, explosive strength and movements) with minimal to no equipment (I have to solo train outside my class considering the insufficient technical work in the dojo)
