Why Human to Human Relation is the #1 Skill
So I've been thinking a LOT about something, maybe you have too... You see, at the core of what we do is show humans how to be humans (lol), which is weird, right? But wait, hear me out. We are at a point in time where, today, now than ever, we are more disconnected from ourselves and others than ever before. What was the last encounter you had with surrounding people (in-person) and felt connected? Were they present with you? Were you present with them? Or were you/they listening so that they could say the next thing? (We all do it.) Here's the thing, your presence is the most precious gift you can give someone. Because who knows how long it will last. Especially when everything in our society is fighting for our attention left and right. It's no wonder people are turning to AI for therapy (#1 use case for AI right now). There aren't enough therapists, coaches, and mental health practitioners to meet the demand of people seeking this support. It's not surprising that health and wellness coaching and mental health practitioner career opportunities are increasing at a rapid rate. Which takes us to the origin of this stream of consciousness...HUMAN TO HUMAN RELATIONAL SKILLS is going to be the most valued skill in almost all industries in 3 years. Let me explain... AI can do almost anything today. It can write emails (but they're all the same). Therefore, human-written emails/marketing will become a premium. AI can create art in seconds! And now artists must sign affidavits (swear an oath) that they made their art. AI can be your pseudo-space holder, but it will never be able to relate to how and what you are feeling, never... Why? Well, because it's soulless. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE AI for productivity purposes. But it will never fill the space of a great conversation with another human who can relate to your feelings.
