MOTS-C or 5-Amino?
I'm not loving MOTS-C, should I try 5-Amino? I'm struggling with energy and I feel like I'm very inflamed with the MOTS-C.

@Tara West You are so awesome! I always have high stress/cortisol (I'm trying to be better) so that may have been it. I am going to try 5-aminos and KPV and see if it is better

Trouble
Is anyone having problems with the grey stopper on the vials? I can’t get all of the product out. Is my needle too short? Stressed! Lol

Tirz and Reta
I’ve been on Tirz for a year. I’ve been at my goal weight for 6 months and would like to lower my dose but don’t want the food noise to come back. I’ve been on 9mg a week for the past 3 months. I inject 3mg 3xweekly. I was thinking about replacing one 3mg injection with a 2mg Reta. Has anyone tried taking tirz and Reta?

@Bethany Heaton yes, this is fantastic! I understand they work differently, but I’m so scared of the food noise and gaining all my weight back. Ugh, I don’t know what to do

HELP!
So, I just switched from Tirz to Reta/Cagi and I feel AWFUL and am STARVING. Thinking about going back on Triz (I stopped because of the fatigue and because everyone said Reta was amazing), but should I ride it out? I'm only two weeks in on 2mg (Reta)
