Coming off Reta
I was on Reta for about 9 months. A low dose that I split 3 days a week. I only had about 10 lbs to loose. Just wondering how people are feeling after stopping? I am hating the hunger pains! And I seem to have a some joint pain that I hadn’t really realized had gone away. But on the up side, my mood seems better? Is that a thing? And less tired/more energy. I’m interested in what others are feeling.

@Griselle Rodriguez My stomach will start growling now if I haven’t eaten in awhile, sometimes making it easy to make poor choices instead of waiting to when I can fix something healthy. And I never knew what ‘food noise’ was until I didn’t have it. Reta makes it so easy to stop the mindless eating. I was having some joint pain before Reta, and my ankles have always been prone to swelling. On Reta, both of those went away. I’m also on HRT, have been for about 10 years.

Lower tummy fat
Good morning @Tara West . I’m microdosing tirz and looking into tesa/ipa. I just can’t get rid of the lower belly pooch by the belly button. I’m happy with the rest of my body. Tips or tricks? Will Tesa/ipa potentially work?thanks
