i had troubles understanding the 5 questions for the new chat as an authorization for syncing? could be wrong about that was driving while listening

@Bo Refec okay, glad i was right about that part lol. does it have to be 5 questions or can it be a different way of authorization? {im guessing yes} for example when creating the roles for my audio book, it didnt mention it and just created roles and updated instruction within project and told me how to set it up correctly. So do i specifically need to ask the chat" i need an authorization instruction added for each role to know the hand off is complete and successful". (for example) lets say "the software engineer" needs an authenticator while the "auditor" for the software engineer doesn't need one if its on a different chat? {i would assume so since chats needs to be refreshed with a new one}. do both go under the same authorization and if you have 3 roles/agents, do they undergo the same authorization? i got confused while trying to explain/ask, i dont blame you if you do to. my apologies in advance. just trying to get two neurons to connect.
