Spleen stimulation causing twitching?
Hi! I’ve only just started spleen stimulation on the lowest setting for the past two days. For the past two days, the muscles in my abdomen have been twitching like crazy. Is this normal? Have I irritated the nerves? I haven’t even gone above 30 seconds yet, but my nervous system is extremely sensitive. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would be tempted to go very slow I get alot of nerve twitching and I think you should leave home for it to settle btw sessions if it starts to ramp up. im watching / learning from others. Still yet to try as I'm so sensitive

Adverse Reactions or Unrelated?
I'm new to the group so maybe there's a better place to post this, but I am experiencing a rather unpleasant reaction while using the ultrasound (US 1000 3rd Edition Portable) and was wondering if anyone else has had the same. I did my very first stretch of 3 weeks, starting mostly on the right temple (5 mins on low) and then added another few minutes at other times of the day on the vagus nerve and/or spleen a few days later. Everything was great at first and I was enjoying a reprieve from my on-going brain fog. Then around a week or so in, I noticed my stomach began low-key liquifying everything. I considered that maybe I had come down with a stomach bug or food poisoning (and this still could be the case) but my stomach wasn't in any pain or discomfort, and no nausea was involved. This liquifying continued on without interruption for 14 straight days. I didn't necessary draw a connection to the ultrasound being the cause, but once I took my 1 week break from using the ultrasound, things very quickly began to return to normal. After about 10 days off and things relatively normal, I started up with the ultrasound again (5 mins on low on the right temple only) and sure enough in less than 2 days, my stomach is liquifying all my meals again. Obviously I'm going to stop until I can figure out what's going on, but I was enjoying the mental benefits of using the ultrasound so I would like to know if anyone has any thoughts as to what they think is going on, if it's related to the ultrasound, and what my next steps should be. Thanks!

Try less time each time?
Symptoms after using Ultrasound
I started using the ultrasound on the left side of my neck 11 days ago- 5 minutes on low setting in the evening. The last week or so, I've had bad digestive issues. I haven't changed anything else in my diet/routine, so I think the ultrasound is causing this reaction. (Foolishly, I used it for 8 mins last night on medium, and today the symptoms are even stronger). Presumably, I should stop using it for a few days and then start again for an even shorter amount of time. However, I'm wondering about the mechanism of action here-- why does the ultrasound cause gut issues? What are the recommendations to modulate? Should I try a different spot instead of my neck? My husband has started using the ultrasound on his foot occasionally and he has also experienced some gut disturbances. Anyone else experience something similar and have any tips?

@Kim Mac if your vagus nerve feels under pressure or threatened I find it can freak out. This can cause worsening symptoms.
Buzzing sound US 1000 Pro
Finally got US 1000 working with UK adapter. It's making a buzzing noise when I turn it on, without contact with the skin. I used the wrong adaptor to begin with and I'm worried I've blown something internally. Or do they all make a buzzing sound when connected?
