Spleen stimulation causing twitching?
Hi! I’ve only just started spleen stimulation on the lowest setting for the past two days. For the past two days, the muscles in my abdomen have been twitching like crazy. Is this normal? Have I irritated the nerves? I haven’t even gone above 30 seconds yet, but my nervous system is extremely sensitive. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

@Sterling Cooley this is such helpful information, thank you so much! I wasn’t concerned about physical damage as much as sending myself further into sympathetic territory, but I will continue to just take it very slow :)

@Georgina Bednar Yes agreed! My level of sensitivity is off the charts. I took a break and am only just starting to feel it calm, so may give it a few more days before I try again.
Documenting Your Vagus Nerve & Ultrasound Journey ! (Just like Melissa Rose 😇)
Hello Vagus Skool ! As I'm sure a TON of you have been seeing on X ( https://x.com/MelRoBuilds/status/1901628623783682465 ) Melissa Rose has been tracking her journey, and experiments with Ultrasound - and it's amazing. If you are on the fence about sharing stuff - I would say just go for it ! And make it a Pinned Post, and a Thread on Ultrasound for yourself. Doing it is actually quite easy - See mine here: https://x.com/SterlingCooley/status/1938313572737814658 If you want to use Grok.com to search for more answers about particular subjects related to Vagus Nerve Stimulation or whatever, see here for a DeepSearch I did on Type 1 diabetes and pancreas / Vagus stimulation with Ultrasound ( https://grok.com/share/bGVnYWN5_1c7a3237-5439-4b2a-a161-54e9167b8b7f ) Alright get to it, and watch this Loom video where I explain a ton of tips and tricks to writing good Threads ! Also, leave a comment below, and let's boost you to that Coveted LVL 2 ! Here's the Loom video I made on how to do this yourself ! https://www.loom.com/share/848f86e217b64c80ab29f12eb612dc94?sid=52b0c96b-9018-404f-8c52-92fe248c2027

@Shannon Carrigg I got the US 1000 because I’m very sensitive to everything and knew I wouldn’t need the 2000 of the bat!

Hi! I’ve had vagus sensitivity issues my whole life. A TENS machine on my neck blacked me out once. So did attempting to get contacts. I’ve tried so many vagus stimulation techniques in my current illness and they cause massive flares (breathing exercises, grounding, direct massage/stimulation, humming, gargling). The things that seem to help are ice cold water and music (binaural beats). Which of these two categories do you think ultrasound would fall in for someone who reacts like I do?

@Sterling Cooley ok great! Yes I start everything at extremely micro doses because my body seems to love nothing more than to do the exact opposite of what it’s supposed to do. Binaural beats and ice both help me thankfully. I’ve been baffled why the breathing exercises, TENS, humming, gargling all seem to go worse but my best guess is just they’re too intense at this point in my healing. Will report back on how I’m doing!
