I'm back!
I'm sorry I disappeared for a bit, but I've been sick as a dog! I've also had to work every day through it. The worst. Luckily, I have plenty of dried mullein for tea. It's so great for breaking up the lung funk that comes with illness. What are your go-to remedies?

Drying Herbs
I've cut rosemary, lavender, white sage, pineapple sage, and lemon verbena this morning. Some I'll use for tea or seasoning, the white sage for smudging. What's your favorite herb and how do you use it?

Yes, it is part of the mint family (Lamiaceae) and the essential oils can be toxic - so we have to watch her! Correct. I did that with my mint. Built a tee-pee with a few gardening sticks - and got them almost a meter high.

@Paula Boggan I've never really used it for it's oils. I cut up a few sprigs as garnish for meals or in stews. In a sandwich - and pasta! 🙂
