Day 21 - Revenue Ready: Burn the Boat 🔥
Today’s Goal: Rest, reflect, and recommit — then prepare to fully launch with no turning back. Sabbath Reflection: Because it’s Sunday, I encourage you to rest and reflect today. Look back over the past 20 days of this Reset Challenge: - You’ve identified your niche. - Defined your VIP. - Written your Big Promise. - Built your ISO. - Practiced coaching scripts. You’ve come so far already! Celebrate the progress you’ve made. My Coaching Advice: Now comes one of the most important mindset shifts of this entire challenge: Burn the boat. Planning is safe. Execution is risky. But if you want to take the island, you must burn the boat. That means forward is the only option. No turning back. No safety net. Just full commitment . This is where winners are separated from dabblers. You are too close to give up now. Revenue Ready Principles: Once you’ve burned the boat, here’s how we move into revenue: 1. Sell Your Coaching Products Free or paid ebooks Mini courses and full courses Personal coaching packages and memberships 2. Set Up Payment Systems PayPal (business account) Stripe (integrates easily) Linqapp (modern link-in-bio) Samcart or Teachable for funnels & upsells 3. Leverage Networks & Affiliates Direct links to your programs CMI Affiliate programs Amazon Associates or other affiliate networks 4. Bonus Income Opportunities Coaching tools (branded products) Dropshipping and merch (Teespring, Printful, Shopify) Practical Exercise: 📝 Your Burn the Boat Step 1. Write down ONE area where you’ve been holding onto a “safety boat.” (Ex: not launching your program, not charging what you’re worth, hiding from sales). 2. Commit to eliminating it today. 3. Set up or confirm your payment system (PayPal, Stripe, or Linqapp). Call to Action: Answer this in the comments or your accountability journal: What boat do you need to burn so you can finally take the island? Affirmation of the Day: “I am revenue ready. I burn the boat, commit fully, and move forward with focus, fire, and faith.”

@Tanique Easy That’s the word! I’m glad you like it which lets me know I’m on the right track.
Day 3 – Rewrite Your Story with “I Am”
Today’s Goal: Speak your new reality with confidence and power — starting now. My Coaching Advice: Your words are powerful. They create the environment you live in. Years ago, I learned from my speaking coach, Andy Henriquez, to stop using weak, future-based or scarcity-filled language like: - “I will” (puts everything in the future) - “I hope” (shows uncertainty) - “I wish” (is passive) - “I want” or “I need” (speaks from scarcity) Instead, speak as if you are already living your reset vision. Replace those phrases with “I Am” statements that affirm your new identity. Examples: - ❌ “I will be a successful coach.” → ✅ “I am a successful coach making an impact.” - ❌ “I hope to get clients.” → ✅ “I am attracting ideal clients every week.” - ❌ “I want to be healthy.” → ✅ “I am healthy, strong, and consistent with my habits.” When you speak this way, you train your mind to look for opportunities to match what you said — and your actions rise to meet your words. Practical Exercise: 📝 “I Am Story Rewrite” Take the story you wrote yesterday and rewrite it completely using “I Am” statements. - Example start: “I am walking in my calling. I am serving at the highest level. I am producing results daily. I am worthy of this reset.” Read your new “I Am” story out loud three times today — once in the morning, once mid-day, and once before bed. And of course POST IT IN THE COMMENTS for Accountability. 💥 Also as a tip here in SKOOL, like a persons post before you comment, it’s how you give them points towards the leader board💥 Affirmation of the Day: “I am living my new story today. My words align with my actions and my results.” PS. Before the end of the 30 days we will get to business and life strategy but mindset matters!

Day 8 - What is Coaching and Why?
Today’s Goal: Understand what coaching is — and why every speaker, entrepreneur, and coach needs a coaching program. My Coaching Advice: Coaching is at the core of what I teach. I highly recommend that: - Every speaker have a coaching program to guide audience members beyond the keynote. - Every entrepreneur have a coaching program to deepen client relationships and generate recurring revenue. - Every coach (yes, even coaches!) have a program that scales their message and impact. At its heart, coaching is discipleship. You are helping someone duplicate what you have done, who you have become, or helping them experience the best version of themselves. Let’s be clear about what coaching really is — and what it is not: - Counseling helps someone process and heal from the past so they can move forward. - Teaching/Training gives information that equips people to be productive. - Mentoring shares your experiences and draws parallels to help someone navigate life. - Discipleship leads someone to spiritual enlightenment and using their God-given gifts. But coaching? Coaching is empowering someone to achieve maximum potential by asking the right questions about their current state and helping them find the answers within themselves . Coaching is not about giving people all the answers — it’s about unlocking the answers that are already inside them. Practical Exercise: 📝 Coaching Reflection 1. Write down what coaching means to you in one sentence. 2. Answer these two questions: What type of coach do you currently need? What type of coach do you desire to be? 3. 4. Write down three ways you have already “coached” someone without calling it coaching (e.g., helping a friend solve a problem, asking guiding questions, helping someone see their potential). Call to Action: COMMENT BELOW: Share your definition of coaching in the comments or in your accountability group today. It can be a single sentence or short video. Then share what type of coach you believe you will be.

I am Gavin Gardner. I’m a minister and my goal is to launch out my ministry called C.L.A. meaning “Come Live Again”. C.L.A. is a faith-based organization that will reach people in every aspect of their life by proclaiming God’s word, telling the world that salvation is available, bridging the gap for people who are dealing with depression, low self-esteem, loss of identity, coping with various stages of grief, facing hopelessness, break generational curses into generational blessings, veterans who are dealing with PTSD (posttraumatic stress disorder), help people to regain their faith in God and those who may not know Jesus Christ. The vision is to be light in the community to encourage people for those who have dealt with loss of relationships, loss of hope, loss of faith, loss of confidence, loss of humanity, and loss of identity.
