Thank You for Being Here
🖤✨ A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined the Gratitude Experience yesterday. Your presence made it unforgettable. 🙏 You helped co-create a space of remembrance for the beauty that already surrounds us and the abundance that flows when we pause long enough to feel it. I'd love to hear from you... What was one moment, insight, or feeling that stood out for you? Drop it in the comments... *take a deep breath to honour it now* ✨ This is how we keep the energy moving. Gratitude is a way of being that transforms our relationship with everything. Let’s keep checking in with what’s already here. With so much love and awe for this community.

This just popped into my head for no real reason and It's only presented for entertainment to challenge my own assumptions: Who would tend to have the most occasions for gratitude, an optimist or a pessimist? I think that it would be the pessimist as an optimist would usually tend to believe that everything is going to work out for the best and then when things actually do, the optimist would just take things for granted and see no reason to be thankful as that is just what they expected to happen. An extreme pessimist, on the other hand, might believe that they could very well die in their sleep that night and then be astonished when they wake up the next morning and be grateful for every moment of the day.

And let me tell you… This one was not only asked to be made but demanded to be felt. After tech delays, multiple recordings, and moments of surrender, the video is finally exported. And what came out on the other side? A deeply grounding, heart-clearing practice that feels like Virgo energy wrapped in stardust and grace. I almost didn’t get this one to you. But that’s the magic of this practice... It meets you in the mess and says, 'Keep going, love.' This Nidra carries the energy of perseverance, perfection in imperfection, and the quiet joy that lives just beneath the chaos. A kind of Nidra you don’t even know you need until you're in it. One that reaches your nervous system, not just your mind. I have already practiced it three times, and it might actually be my new favourite! 🎥 Available Monday | I'll remind you! If you’ve been craving deep rest, emotional clarity, or simply a moment to land… This one is calling you. 🖤✨ And YES, consider this your invitation to the virtual Gratitude Experience (Live Only — Sept 21)... No Re-Play. Only Presence... and it's a new moon AND the cusp of the Equinox! LET'S GO GRATITUDE Limited Spots Available. Please reserve your space ASAP HERE before they're gone! I can’t wait for you to experience this.

@Rawl O'Neal Very little in this world is certain or makes any sense to me and I am completely comfortable with having no beliefs or paths to follow, including astrology. I don't believe in gurus, guides, religions or philosophies as they just appear to lead people deeper into delusion, while desperately searching for meaning in man created artificial symbol systems that are a buffer to reality. I've noticed that when someone deeply believes something they start to find evidence for it in their lives.

@Rawl O'Neal Yes, any experiment that could lead to direct experience, even religion or atheism for a limited time while remaining open to experience. Why not, as long as we learn a lesson and move on to explore deeper? Surrender, with or without Yoga Nidra and psychedelics is what I find valuable at the moment.....and where blockages and challenges can be found. However, the more I try to say something real the more I find that my words mean nothing and I end up laughing at the futility of it.

Hi, My name is Garry and I live in Kelowna. Here is a "quote". I hope you find it inspirational: “Little Tony was sitting on a park bench munching on one candy bar after another. After the 6th candy bar a man on the bench across from him said Son, you know eating all that candy isn't good for you. It will give you acne, rot your teeth and make you fat. Little Tony replied My grandfather lived to be 107 years old. The man asked Did your grandfather eat 6 candy bars at a time? Little Tony answered No, he minded his own fucking business.” ― Robert Anton Wilson, Email to the Universe and Other Alterations of Consciousness

@Ayla Nova Hey Ayla, great to hear from you! Thank you for the information. I should have some free time later this year so I will check with Our Yoga Space to see if you are holding classes there at that time. Looking forward to meeting you.
